How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile › Settings › Delete Account. Deletion cannot be undone: your account, outfits, comments and messages are permanently removed. If you can't access the app, email privacy@luzziapp.com from your account's email address and we'll complete your request within 30 days.

Reporting inappropriate content

Use the … menu next to any outfit or comment to report it or block the user. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; content that breaks the rules is removed and repeat offenders' accounts are closed.

Age requirement

Luzzi is for people aged 13 and over.

Where is my data stored?

Account information, outfits and messages are stored on Google Firebase infrastructure in the European Union. See the Privacy Policy for details.
